Clare Hume, RN
Clare is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Personal Exercise Trainer. She is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Nursing (Bachelor of Nursing with highest distinction). Clare worked at Children's Hospital National Medical Center as a staff nurse. She spent four years advocating and managing the care of her elderly parent. Clare has always loved and believed in the importance of exercise. She became a Certified Personal Trainer in July 2001. She has taken several workshops on Senior Fitness. She strongly believes that regular training can help seniors stay independent longer, and can help them feel emotionally and physically healthy.
